We aim to dispatch parcels on the same day (before 1pm) or the next working day after receipt of payment. Parcels are shipped via our preferred couriers using a number of delivery options:

• Same day local delivery (Call to ask)
• Collection
• Day After
• Forward Delivery (for example if an order is placed on a Monday you can request for it to be delivered the following Monday)
• Saturday Delivery (will incur extra charges)

Special Delivery - We can offer next day delivery and timed deliveries where required, these are on a price on application basis so please call us prior to placing your order so we can advise costs.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and will be added by us prior to invoicing. We advise you to group your items in a single order, and we will endeavor to group two distinct orders placed separately together, however this cannot be guaranteed. As a result shipping fees may apply to each of them if placed separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

All items must be returned within 1 month unless we have been notified by the individual beforehand, then we may accept returns after this time period.

Loan hangers are to be returned after 1 month from the date of ordering, if we do not recieve these after this time periood, you will be invoiced for their value. If they are then subsequently returned then you will be refunded a maximum of 50%.

No claims can be accepted after cutting and processing. Shortages/omissions should be advised within 7 days of supply and all goods remain the property of Michaels Bridal Fabrics Ltd until paid for in full.
