Terms and Conditions.

Trade Sales.

We are able to offer trade customers 30 day terms subject to you providing your full trading title, address, contact name, telephone number and e-mail address, plus two trade references. We can provide a form in excel format by e-mail or click here to view. If you want to fill it in online, click here . We offer a discount for payment at 30 days and a very substantial discount for payment in 7 days. The full terms are available on request by email or post.

Retail Sales.

If you are unable to buy our products from a fabric shop local to you we do offer a mail order service, or you can contact us to make an appointment to come and visit us. We accept payment by debit or credit card and cash. Goods will not be sent on mail order until payment is made. Personal callers can pay on collection. If we are ordering in something specifically for you that we do not normally stock, then payment may be required before we order from our supplier.
